Perpanjang Paspor di Jerman: Cara perpanjang paspor di KJRI Hamburg dan Tes Antigen di Hamburg

Hey, you guys!

Jadi gue baru banget ambil paspor di KJRI Hamburg. Padahal buatnya udah 18 Juni tapi baru gue ambil sebulan kemudian wwkkwkww. Ya maaap aing kan ada summer school.

Well, kali ini gue mau cerita pengalaman dan cara perpanjang paspor di KJRI. Nah, di Jerman itu setau gue ada 3 tempat dimana kita bisa perpanjang paspor: KJRI Hamburg, KJRI Frankfurt dan KBRI Berlin. Karena gue cuma punya pengalaman di KJRI Hamburg gue cuma mau ngasih tau cara perpanjangan di KJRI Hamburg.

Ehem. Karena aing takut diprotes massa karena yang gue tulis mungkin beda dengan update di KJRI atau KBRI terus jadinya pada gabisa perpanjang dan sebagainya, gue mau kasih disclaimer dulu.

Udah? Ga nyalahin gue ya kalo ternyata udah beda pas kalian baca. Oke? Okeeeehh.

Okeeeh kita mulai!

Paspor gue abis Desember 2021 tapi gue butuh paspor baru sebelum October karena mau perpanjang ijin tinggal di Jerman. Karena lagi pandemik gue mikir kayaknya bakal beda sih tatacaranya. Gue telpon dulu lah KJRI Hamburg apa gue bisa perpanjang paspor terus apa gue perlu buat janji dulu dan kalo iya gimana caranya. Nah ternyata, pas Juni kemarin belum perlu buat janji. Tinggal dateng aja sebelum jam 12.30 kalau ga salah. Tapi sekarang kalian perlu janji ya. Ini link untuk buat janji ke KJRI Hamburg sampai tanggal 31 Agustus 2021. Gue gatau apakah nanti akan ada link baru (ini ada link terkait pengumumannya di Twitter KJRI Hamburg).

Oh iya, berhubung karena pandemi juga di KJRI lagi dikurangin juga untuk dateng kalau dianggap ga urgent. Jadi kalau kalian mau perpanjang paspor, itu cuma bisa kalian lakuin kalau paspor kalian bakal abis masa berlaku 6 bulan lagi. Kalau masih 7 bulan atau lebih ya ga akan dilayanin, gituuu.

Oke berhubung kita lagi ngomong tentang buat janji ke KJRI gue mau sekalian ngasih tau apa aja yang harus dibawa pas kalian dateng ke KJRI. Again, gue cuma ngomongin perpanjang paspor ya, jadi gue gatau untuk urusan lain apa aja yang harus dibawa. Kalian bisa cek juga ya di website KJRI Hamburg disini.

1. Lapor diri

Jangan lupa kalian lapor diri dulu sebelum urus urus perpasporan yaa. Kalau udah lapor diri terus ada yang berubah, jangan lupa data kalian di update juga

2. Formulir untuk pengurusan paspor

Ini bisa didapet dari web KJRI Hamburg yesss.

3. Paspor RI lama

4. Fotokopi KTP, Kartu Keluarga ( Nomor Induk Kependudukan)

Ini gue bawa KTP sama KK tapi yang gue kemarin diambil sih cuma fotokopi KTP gue

5. Fotokopi Akte Lahir, Akte Nikah / Ijazah (SD/SMP/SMA)

Gue kemarin cuma kasih akte aja sih

6. Surat Penetapan (Penggantian/Perubahan/penambahan) Nama dari Pengadilan Negeri RI

Ini gue ga pake karena gue ga pernah ada ubah ubah nama

7. Fotokopi Aufenthaltstitel

Ini ijin tinggal kalian. Gue kemarin fotokopi kartu sama kertasnya itu

8. Fotokopi Anmeldebestätigung

Nah kalo ini bukti kalian daftar kependudukan kalian yang didapet dari Rathaus

9. 1x Pas Foto, ditempelkan di Lembar Formulir

Ini harus yang biometrik ya kemarin sih pas gue telpon bilangnya gitu

10. Bukti Pembayaran (hard copy)

Untuk biaya penggantian paspor yang abis masa berlaku itu 30 euro yang di transfer ke rekening KJRI Hamburg. Terus jangan lupa ditulis di keterangannya: Paspor RI (karena Habis Berlaku) a.n. (Nama Pemohon). Untuk info rekeningnya dan tarif bisa diliat disini ya.

Nah, gue cuma bisa kasih tau untuk Sparkasse gimana cara dapetnya ya. Kalau bank lain gue ga paham karena gue pakenya Sparkasse hehe.

Pertama jelas harus login dulu ke online banking Sparkasse. Terus kalian klik Online Banking –> Umsätze. Disitu kalian bisa scroll transaksi kalian ada apa aja. Atau kalau kalian mau atur periode transaksi yang kalian mau juga bisa (atur sendiri tanggalnya di Zeitraum). Terus klik di transaksi yang kalian mau (in this case, bayaran paspor tadi), klik Detailsanzeige, ntar dimunculin tuh transaksinya. Nah buat dapetin pdfnya tinggal click Druckansicht terus bakal kebuka tab baru yang isinya cuma transaksi kalian, click Druck terus save as PDF deh.

11. BAP (Berita Acara Pemeriksaan) karena Paspor Rusak*

Ini gue ga tau yaa soalnya gue gak rusak tapi masa berlakunya abis akhir tahun ini.

Nah, sebetulnya dia itu jadi sekitar 4-7 hari kerja tapi nanti sama pegawainya bakal disaranin buat telpon dulu kalau mau ambil pasportnya. Berhubung gue tinggal deket Hamburg, gue emang sengaja mutusin buat ambil sendiri tapi kalau kalian tinggalnya jauh dari KJRI dan/atau repot, bisa dari awal kalian pilih opsi buat dikirim via post. Caranya gimana?

menyediakan amplop tertulis nama dan alamat jelas dan perangko-pos tercatat / Einschreiben (Sendungsnummer) minimal porto 3,75 €.

Karena gue ga pake ini jadi gue gabisa ngomong apa apa yaaa.

Nah terus apa aja yang harus disiapin sebelum kalian ke KJRI? Again, kalau kalian cuma ambil paspor kalian gak perlu buat janji tinggal dateng aja di jam yang udah ditentukan. Tapi kalau kalian baru mau ada yang diurus, kalian harus buat janji dulu. Buat kalian yang mau ada urusan dan cuma ambil paspor aja, kalian harus nunjukkin hasil tes corona yang negatif (PCR berlaku 48 jam, rapid test antiget berlaku 12 jam) atau bukti vaksin atau sertifikat sembuh covid. Untuk sertif sembuh covid gue gatau ya ini ada maksimalnya apa ga karena ga ada tulisannya di formnya.

Nah berhubung kemarin gue muter muter nyari tempat test, gue mau kasih tau dimana tempat test gue kemarin. Gue kemarin itu sengaja nginep di Hamburg sehari sebelum ambil paspor karena gue mikir bisa cari tempat test antigen dulu paginya. Gue udah cari tempat buat test beberapa hari sebelumnya sebetulnya tapi entah kenapa tempat yang ada di titik di web Hamburg dan kebetulan deket sama KJRI tuh ternyata salah. Entah gue yang salah tempat atau gimana gatau wkwkw. Anyway untung pas gue otw ke KJRI lewat UKE Hamburg (kayak RS universitas gitu) dan disana ada Teststation. WAH. Buru buru banget sih gue kesana akhirnya, padahal gue udah sampe 1 jam sebelum janji gue gitu tapi karena muter muter gue telat 15 menit wkwkw. Pas banget gue sampe KJRI 10.15 eh dapet email dong hasil tes gue ahahah. Untung cuma ngambil paspor jadi gue cuma 5 menit di dalem.

Kalian bisa daftar disini atau bisa juga pas dateng kalian daftar on the spot (kemarin gue gitu sih mungkin karena ga rame?) dan hasilnya bisa dikirim email atau bisa diprint sama mereka. Tapi kalo di print itu bisa 20-30 menit wkkwkw lama bet. Oh iya, ini tesnya gratis loh yaaa uwu aku senang~

Anywaaay, that’s it. Cerita gue panjang banget dah ahhaha. Jangan lupa buat prepare ya, dicek dulu website resminya karena cerita gue bisa jadi udah beda pas kalian mau urus sesuatu di KJRI. Terus cari test station seenggaknya sehari sebelum kalian ke KJRI dan emang pastiin itu tempatnya ada dan buka ntar kayak gua bingung hahaha. Daaan kalau emang ada yang kalian bingung, jangan sungkan buat telpon langsung/chat hotline WhatsApp KJRI-nya ya, daripada salah bolak balik kan yaaa.

Conservation: Species interactions and biodiversity

Hey you guys!

Right now I’m participating in a summer school held by University of Gothenburg. Everything is held online and I am participating in their “Biodiversity in Western Sweden” program. It’s my second week now and I learn a lot (and have so much fun, of course!). I just wanna share a little bit of what I learned in the class because I find it very interesting. It is about how the species itself contribute to the biodiversity.

Disclaimer: I am a layman in this topic so please dont refer to my post as your sole source of information. This is solely information and take away that I get from my class. Please do your own research as well 🙂

Okay so first of all, when you think of conservation, what is the first word that came up in your mind?

So during our second discussion session, the lecturers asked us that. Well, as you can see the picture that I used, Sumatran Tiger is the first thing that came up in my mind. Why? Simple. I like cats (big cats are included of course) and I donated for Sumatran Tiger conservation before. Mostly, when we talked about conservation what we have in mind is big mammals or endangered species or those that often appear in the media such as panda, elephants and orang utan.

But have you ever thought about the so-called common species?

For our discussion, we had to read this paper: A case for conserving common species (Frimpong, 2018). This paper elaborate how we overlook common species and interaction between this common species and other species. An example from Frimpong (2018) is the nest construction of bluehead chub, Nocomis leptocephalus. Apparently, the nesting activity done by this species attracts and benefits other species such as rosyside dace (Clinostomus funduloides), blacknose dace (Rhinichthys atratulus), rock bass (Ambloplites rupestris) and so on. However, according to Frimpong (2018), the aquatic strategy in freshwater realm on understanding the importance of positive interdependence among species is not widely known. In addition, conservation of mutualism has become vital as many rare species rely on positive interaction with common species.

There is also lectures and other discussions that we had regarding how birds and big mammals distribute seeds in the region, which I find really fascinating. For example, bigger birds able to bring bigger seeds compared to smaller birds so they can shift vegetation composition in their region. The same case also applied to big mammals. An example from Macdonald et al. (2013) is Rhinos’ feeding behaviour that shift vegetation composition and structure. The fruit removal and seed dispersal by greater one-horned rhinoceros could shift tall grasslands to riverine forest by manuring the seeds of the shade-intolerant common tree Trewia nudiflora into grassland latrines. These latrines become outposts of woody vegetation in a sea of elephant grass. And without the annual mortality of Trewia seedlings by monsoon floods and annual-unpredictable fires, rhino mediated seed dispersal could lead to the succession from grassland to woodland and forest within decades.

Another interesting species interactions that we learned is the re-introduction of wolves in Yellowstone National Park, USA. By influencing the distribution and behaviour of herbivores (the risk of predation influences the spatial distribution and habitat selection also their vigilance), the wolves change the ecosystem in the national park. So, previously they were gone from the park for around 70 years. Because there’s nothing to hunt the deers, their population piled up and they reduced the amount of vegetation in the park. Because of the wolves, the deers’ behaviour changed ie, avoiding certain parts of the park. Then, the areas that they avoided regenerate, means the park had more vegetation. This attracts other species such as birds and beavers. The beavers then built dams, which provided habitat for other species such as otters, reptiles, ducks. Interestingly, the wolves also changed the river due to the regenerating forest and vegetation.

I used to think conservation and biodiversity are basically endangered species, big-overly discussed in media kind of species and species richness. I wont lie, I mostly focus only on animals and never really think about plants and fungi (until this class!). Apparently there are so much more than that! What’s really interesting and often forgettable is that:

all species is equally important.

The ones that we overlook could have a big contribution in saving other species which are threatened or maybe they could also be actually in danger. From this class, I learn that we have so many things to do and how complex the situation is.

#16 5Cs: Ultimate vitamin Cs

Hey, you guys!

Wow I am on a rooooollll. I’ve been posting a looot. Wow.

Anywaaaaay, lets talk about #16 someone that I miss. Well, it’s hard to pick one person but let’s just choose my 5Cs. My ultimate vitamin Cs.

5Cs? What?

Not even a person. Well, not even one single entity. They are my masters cats. My adorable annoying 5 masters cats.

Well, I just want an opportunity to talk about my masters cats hahahha. Releasing my inner crazy cat lady…. NOW.

Lets describe them one by one because, heck they have such unique personalities. As I am just a humble servant, I will color their names according to their fur color.

Cheshire

This one is just a rascal. My brother calls him (ill) omen.

Charlotte

This round fur ball loves feet and very vocal when it comes to food and asking to be pet

Coca

Spoiled fur ball. My bad. Loves to cuddle with me, hates everyone else.

Cola

This timid momma boy cat is surprisingly very brave when it comes to wet food/snack.

Cherry

This sweet little girl is the smartest and I am pretty sure she judges other masters cats as her stupid subordinates.

I havent seen them for 1.5 years now and I miss them soooo muchhh. Last time I went home after 6 months living in Germany, Coca was very upset and didnt even want me around her for one day only though hahah. The next day she came into my room. Well. Nagging, of course. Cheshire and Charlotte were the sweetest because they greeted me home. Cola and Cherry also avoided me that night I arrived but all solved with snack.
